  • Please allow plenty of travel time especially in the mornings and afternoons for traffic delays when selecting your pick up times.

  • Travel time up to the  Brisbane Airport/Cruise Terminal from the southern end of the Gold Coast can be up to 2 Hours.

  • Travel time down to the Gold Coast Airport from the Northern end of the Gold Coast can be up to 1 Hour. Due to M1 Upgrade and Tram extension is causing sufficient delays.

  • Domestic Terminal pick up point :                                                                                            We will meet you at the baggage collection area with a sign board, make sure you make contact with us and we will be happy to help out with your luggage.

  • International Terminal pick up point :                                                                                          We will meet you outside the Customs exit door with a sign board, make sure you make contact with us and we will be happy to help out with your luggage.

  • We will monitor your flights as we have strict parking restrictions enforced by the Airports, that is why it is very important to advise us your flight numbers.

 

BOOKINGS & PRICING

  • As we are a pre-booked and pre-paid service, payment in full is due at the time of booking via Credit Card gateway or Direct Deposit within 1-3 days of placing booking.

  • Pricing structure : 1 -4 passengers will be charged at $15.00 per person plus distance covered, this is a variable cost, as fuel is so volatile atm. Having said that Privatez Transfers will always remains competitive in its pricing.

  • All pick-up and drop-off points must be advised at the time of booking, ” Waypoints” will be charged at $15.00 per point.

  • Once a transfer is booked an email is sent that confirms the details, requirements and payment method. If circumstances change please advise us so accommodations can be made. Should cancellation be necessary, our Cancellation Policy is below.

  • Clients flying domestic are dropped at their nominated airport at least 1 hour prior to departure time.( Please allow this in your pick up time)

  • Clients flying international are required to be at the airport 3 hours prior to departure. This is in line with airport policies and expectations ( Please allow this in your pick up time)

  • When booking and/or requesting quotes be sure to correctly enter your flight number or cruise ship details so we can calculate accurate fares and pick-up times.

  • All Privatez Transfers vehicles can be installed with baby capsules .Please indicate child seat requirements when booking.

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • Transfers between 09.00 PM and 06.00 AM will incur a $39.00 “Initial” surcharge.
