SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to become a user of any ‘Privateztransfers.com’ (hereafter referred to as Privateztransfers.com) services, you must agree to the following terms and conditions. .
BOOKINGS & PRICING
- Privateztransfers.com is a pre-booked and pre-paid service, payment in full is due at the time of booking.
- All pick-up and drop-off points must be advised at the time of booking, including any stops on route.
- If you require more time please purchase at time of booking in blocks of 60 minutes at $60.00.
- Once a transfer is booked an email is sent that confirms the details, requirements and payment method. If circumstances change please advise us so accommodations can be made. Should cancellation be necessary, our Cancellation Policy is below.
- Clients flying domestic are dropped at their nominated airport at least 1 hour prior to departure time, please allow this excluding travel time.
- Clients flying international will arrive 3 hours prior to departure. This is in line with airport policies and expectations, please allow this excluding travel time.
- When booking be sure to correctly enter your flight number or cruise ship details so we can track and organize pick-up times.
- All Privateztransfers.com vehicles can be installed with baby capsules .
ADDITIONAL FEES
- Transfers between 09.00 PM and 06.00 AM will incur a $39.00 surcharge.
- A cleaning fee applies for damage or mess left in the vehicle – the client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the transfer by them or any members of their party. The cleaning fee starts at $250.00.
- Extra options charged at value.
TRANSFERS
- Passengers must wait at the designated meeting point (as advised on the confirmation) with mobile phone turned ON. For airport collections, ensure you have contacted your driver to advise of your flight landing.
- We will track your flights however if we do experience traffic delays we will advise you of this.
- Our vehicles are cleaned, sanitized and vacuumed after every trip. This ensures the best possible experience for all passengers.
- Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
- Privateztransfers.com are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle/s. Please ensure you take all your belongings with you when exiting the vehicle.
DELAYS
- PrivatezTransfers.com will not held responsible for delays outside of our control. When delays occur all effort is made to minimize impact on passengers.
- Privateztransfers.com will wait on flights for up to 60mins at International Airport and 30mins at Domestic Airport beyond the scheduled pick-up time. Clients must advise the office if their flight will be late and we well endeavor to make arrangements for you.
- If the delay runs over stated wait times the driver must attend our next transfer. However be assured Privateztransfers.com does allow for minor delays.
FOOD & DRINK
- No food or drinks are to be opened or consumed inside vehicles unless purchased on option list.
- Smoking, alcohol or drug use inside our vehicles is prohibited by law.
TERMINATIONS
- Privateztransfer.com may terminate a transfer if they feel under duress. Trips cancelled for this reason are not eligible for refund.
- We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, verbal and physical abuse.
LUGGAGE LIMITS
- 1 to 4 passengers = one suitcase and one carry-on bag per passengers as airline conditions.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes plans change, which is why we offer options based on how close to the transfer date the booking is cancelled. If plans require changing we will work with you to accommodate.
Please make yourself familiar with this cancellation policy before placing your booking.
- Cancelling 7 or more days prior to transfer: Refund less a $25.00 processing fee.
- Cancelling 2 – 7 days prior to transfer: Refund of 50%.
- Cancelling less than 2 days prior to transfer: No refund available.
